Shipping & Delivery Policy Sweet Lu's Floral Service — Tulsa, OK
Local Delivery Only We deliver fresh floral arrangements to Tulsa and surrounding areas, including Jenks, Bixby, Broken Arrow, and nearby communities. We do not offer shipping via mail carriers. All orders are hand-delivered by our team.
Delivery Fee A flat delivery fee of $15.00 applies to all orders.
Same-Day Delivery Same-day delivery is available on orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) CST, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends, will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Delivery Days & Hours We deliver Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays. Delivery windows are confirmed at checkout via our delivery date tool.
Delivery Date Selection Delivery dates are selected at checkout. Please ensure your chosen date is accurate — we begin preparing your arrangement in advance to ensure peak freshness on delivery day.
If the Recipient Is Not Home We want your flowers to reach their recipient in perfect condition. If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will:
- Attempt to call the recipient at the phone number provided at the time of order.
- If no recipient number was provided, we may attempt to contact the purchaser.
- As a last resort, if there is a suitable location at the delivery address where flowers can be left safely without risk of wilting (e.g., a shaded, covered entryway), we will leave them there.
- If no safe location is available, we will return the arrangement to our shop. From there, you may choose: free in-store pickup at 1916 S. Sheridan Rd, Tulsa, OK, or redelivery within 24 hours for an additional delivery fee.
Please note: Sweet Lu's Floral Service is not responsible for arrangements left at the delivery location per the recipient's or purchaser's direction.
